Packaging, Warranty & Returns

PACKAGING

The privacy of our customers is of the utmost importance and thus all items are delivered in plain packaging without any visible branding or information. This is our actual packaging:


DELIVERY

We use a combination of Royal Mail and other trusted carriers for shipments, with recorded postage being automatically included for all orders over £100 and within the UK.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Customs forms will always be accurately marked as "leisure equipment" and marked with the value matching the invoice value of the order. Please do not ask for any variance to this process, which is required by law.

RETURNS 

Due to the nature of the product we can only refund items that have not been opened or used, or if there is a fault. Products are shipped within a clear polythene bag with tamper evident seal, which once broken returns can no longer be accepted. Return postage is at the buyers expense, unless there is a fault with the item.

FAULTS

All machines include a no quibble one year warranty, providing you can confirm the machine serial number and offer proof of purchase. We will cover the cost of any repairs and postage during this period, which is 12 months from date of purchase. 

WARRANTY & MAKING A CLAIM

Firstly, don't worry! We are here to help.

We guarantee all of our products for one year from date of purchase. As is always the case with these things, Proof of Purchase and the serial number of the machine must be provided, and please note this guarantee does not cover liquid damage, accidental damage or damage caused by misuse of the product.

If you wish to make a claim, please contact us at [email protected] with the above information, and we will get back to you ASAP. We will issue a return postage label and an RMA number. Please ensure machines are posted using the dedicated shipping crate provided at the time of purchase, as without this, damage otherwise incurred during shipping will be at your risk.

Even if your machine is outside of the warranty period, contact us. We will always do our best to help and we don't bite! If you don't have the packaging materials, we really do recommend ordering a replacement set from our store. Of course, you don't have to, but we can't be held responsible for damage caused without these specialist materials. 

SUSTAINABILITY

Our packaging materials are entirely sustainably sourced, and designed specially for the transit of our machines. Asides from the HDPE transit bag (provided for hygiene reasons) the entire machine and all its packaging is 100% recyclable.
