FAQ

Yes Way

FAQ

Why are your machines expensive?

Costwise, the Yes Way is on-par with most other retailers in this field. The main difference, however, is the quality of components used. Our machines are built from heavy-gauge steels. Our ultra-heavy-duty components are all sourced within the EU and subject to their rigorous safety standards. We have managed to do this at a cost that does not exceed similar-priced brands. The difference being, our machines are exceptionally sturdier, simpler and thus less likely to develop faults later on.

Why do you sell spare parts?

We accept that nothing lasts forever. Whilst our machines come with a one year guarantee, we are confident that with good maintenance, the Yes Way can be used for a significantly long time. This is why, rather than just 'love you and leave you' after a year, we are happy to provide replacement parts for troubleshooting at home indefinitely.

What is the main difference between models?

Our current model range is the Mark 2, which supersedes our earlier Aluminium machine. The Mark 2 comes in Electro Zinc Plated or Stainless steel. The 316 grade Stainless machines use identical components to the Zinc Plated machines, but the beauty of the Stainless Steel adds extra cost which some customers will see no value in. Stainless machines remain popular for use in industry due to their natural hygienic and photogenic properties.

Will it work with my voltage?

Our machines use DC motors and controllers which are capable of accepting any input voltage in AC between 100 and 300 volts. We will include the correct adapter for your country at dispatch.

Can you change the speeds?

Yes. Speed settings are controlled in 2 ways: the dial on the unit, or by remote control. Both ways allow for the speed to be stepped up & down smoothly, without pause.

How do I look after my Yes Way?

The Yes Way is not waterproof. Unplug your machine when not in use. Remove the Vac-U-Lock toy from the head attachment before cleaning, and use a disinfectant spray or sex toy cleaner with a soft cloth to clean it after use.

How powerful is it?

Very! The Yesway weighs over 6 kg, providing up to 17.5 lbs of torque and a stroke distance of 14.6 cm (5.75").

Does it come with instructions?
